8/31/2007 Limaland Results

Darren had a rough night as he finished 16th in the feature in the last race at Limaland for 2007.

Race Summary: The Elwer Fence Spints feature began with Luke Hall and Kent Wolters on the front row. On the second lap, Chris Andrews slammed the turn four wall and rode the rail before coming back down the track. Ron Blair tried to avoid Andrews and collected Nate Dussel who did a quick flip. All drivers walked away but only Blair could continue. Hall held the lead until a lap 8 restart. Gressman shot to the lead in turn two on his way to a fourth win at Limaland in 2007. Mike Dussel finished in fourth place to secure his second Championship in a row.

Luke Hall and Tim Allison started the Sprint King with their eyes on the $3000 prize. Both drivers hauled their cars into turn one as far as you could go before wrecking. Luke Hall emerged with the lead and pulled away as Dennis Yoakam and Allison battled for second. In his first attempt at the Sprint King of the Quarter-Mile, Luke Hall put his name on the board with the best in the business.
